The information below details the terms and conditions under which we supply our products or services. By purchasing any of these goods or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Order Process
You send us the name / details of the wallpaper you want to order, the dimensions you want to be printed and other extra requirements.
After you submit your order to us, you will receive a proof picture and a quote with the total cost of goods and services via email. We strive to respond to all orders within 24 hours, except weekends and public holidays. Please note that the order is not mandatory at this stage and you or we have the right to withdraw from the contract.
We will send a confirmation email [see below] when the picture is approved and payment is made by any method acceptable to us.
You can do your payments with the following methods: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque, BACS.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel a product or service (customization of a print or design) within seven business days, provided that the services agreed in the contract have not yet started.
You have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the products and you are expected to return the product in its original condition.
We do not provide refunds on customized products (custom size murals, custom designs).
All products or services with obvious defects caused by MuralsWallpaper will be exchanged or returned. Items or services that become unavailable within 30 days of payment will be arranged for a later delivery date or returned according to our return policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Production and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver orders and services on time. Our quoted delivery times are approximate. Delivery can take up to 30 days from the start of the contract (after the payment is received). We are not responsible for delays or errors incurred by third party courier or postal services. We will always ensure that the order is securely closed in hard packaging. Any damage to the package during shipping should be noted at the time of delivery and signed as damaged.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Quality of Goods
Before installation, the product should be inspected. You should report any defects to MuralsWallpaper; no claims can be made after the product has been used or installed. The hanging fee is not refundable, so be sure to check the condition of your product before hanging or mounting it.
There may be slight color differences between prints, we can only offer spare parts if the changes are deemed to be clearly noticeable.
There may be color differences between the soft proof and the physical product. We cannot be held responsible for differences in monitor settings. Where color matching is important, we recommend a printed sample before purchasing to make sure the colors are acceptable. No request can be made for color variations unless the printed sample is requested and approved.
